Unit Title & Content |
Unit 1 - 001 |
Understanding the theory and principles that underpin magnetic field therapy. This Unit deals with the theory and clinical development of the science of PEMF therapies and energy medicines. The unit investigates the importance of the earth's magnetic field on health and why pulsed electromagnetic fields are more effective than static fields in removing pain and assisting the healing processes. The key features of magnetism are explored in this Unit. |
Unit 2 - 002 |
Understand how PEMF therapies work to influence body systems at a cellular level. Learners will discover the impact of PEMF therapies on body systems at cellular levels. The science of grounding will be investigated in this Unit and learners will develop an understanding of why this is important for promoting and sustaining both cellular and tissue health. The importance of body hydration and the health impact issues that are associated with dehydrated bodies is also covered. |
Unit 3 - 003 |
Managing Contraindications and Treatment Documentation. In this unit learners will discover the importance of identifying potential contra-indications to PEMF and the importance of recording this information. The unit also covers the importance of pre-treatment discussions, planning and accurate record keeping. |
Unit 4 - 004 |
Responsibilities of the PEMF Health Practitioner. The learner will explore the responsibilities of the PEMF practitioner and the importance of updating health data on completion of each therapy session. The role of personal development is also covered in this Unit. |
Unit 5 - 005 |
The impact of Diet on Pulsed Electronic Magnetic Field Therapies. After studying this unit learners will understand the impact that diet has on PEMF therapy treatments. The unit also covers the health effects of an acid and alkaline body pH and the importance of pH level on health. |
Unit 6 - 006 |
Improving Personal Performance in a Business Environment.
